Hatha Yoga is a practice that harmoniously combines various influences and traditions of Yoga. Classes, although taught in groups, are individually managed so that each student can progress at his or her own pace.
Hatha Yoga flexes the muscles, works the joints and tones the internal organs, maintaining a permanent state of interaction between body and mind. It stimulates concentration, strength, vitality, and flexibility well-being, developing the inner awareness.
